I am still on track and back in the zone, and currently feeling positive about being able to stay mostly on track over the weekend too. I am now not sure I will make it to target for the end of May though :( But I should be close, and hopefully there before our trip on the 8th June!

Hope everyone is doing well. I haven't dropped in for awhile. So far, I've lost 24lbs. but have a long way to go.

Another incentive for me losing weight were health issues: High BP, Cholesterol, on the fringe of having Diabetes, and then my doctor thought I might have sleep apnea. So, I had to go in for a sleep study--that was a hoot. Ever try to sleep in a strange room with 100 wires hooked up all over your body and a video camera pointed right at you? Plus I had a cold that night. Needless to say, I didn't exactly sleep like a log. Good news though, I don't have sleep apnea. It could possibly be because I have already dropped some weight...the world may never know.

Keep up the good work everyone!

Also, my mom is diabetic so that I need to watch out for that.

I am obviously delighted, I only need to lose around 11 more lbs to get to my target, so hoping to be there sometime in the next 6 weeks or so :)

Okay, I am just being silly but I do feel like I should be showing more for my efforts.
I was under 140 (again) this morning. I keep trying to hit 132 (which I have not seen in a number of years). Something happens to me when I get close and I eat again. Maybe this time I will keep it up.
I think rangling that goat every morning has helped. LOL

Well I am down another 800 grams this morning. Not quite a kilo but still very good considering how naughty I was after the Anzac service last Sunday.

I am really impressed with how well you are all doing. It's funny how we plod along only losing little bits each week and can get discouraged, but when we stand back and view our journey from a longer space of time then we can see that we've made a lot of progress and should be proud of it.

You are all my heroes and just like MP I have a little song for you. There is no recording of it but I'm sure I've heard it sung by Enrique Iglesius:

You can be my hero babies
You can wash away this weight
    We can exercise forever
We can take this fat away....

    ;)

It's the 1st of May, so I'm hoping back on the bandwagon after my birthday (which was 10 days ago now, oops!!) I've written a list of my goals for each month between now and September, which is both my friend's wedding and now my
Disneyland trip :D I kind of just had ice-cream, though. Oops! On the plus side I was fairly good throughout the day (not always the case on a Saturday!) and did some exercise as well. So let's see how I keep going over the next few days...

Keep up the good work everyone, I'm impressed as always! Tandelothien, slow and steady like that is the best way to do it!
