<-- doing the happy dance, where is amazed to dance with me?!

Considering I started this journey weigh up in the obese zone 12 months ago, I am beyond delighted, hopefully a few more lbs to give me a buffer so I stay in the ideal zone before I weigh in officially in just less than 2 weeks, then maintenance and a lot of toning here I come ;)

Yeah I think I'll have to buy some pants. I found a pair that had been too tight, and I put them on, they fit perfectly! But I think I need at least one more pair that fits and I'll alternate with *sigh* skirts and stuff...

In celebration virtual no calorie cake and champagne for all. Or should it be carrots and water? :)

Liberty Belle, when do you start at your new school? My two kids who are teachers have "casual Friday" and can wear jeans that day. I'm glad you have a job for the next school year :):):):)

We were on the road a lot so stopped and got a healthy sandwich to split rather than a burger and fries. I brought apples, clementines, string cheese, granola bars and almonds to have with our "on the run" Starbucks coffee instead of getting a huge cookie or gooey treat. Dinners we split the salad instead of each getting one and one chose veggies and the other a starch and we shared. Breakfasts were mostly just fruit and a energy/granola bar in the room. If we did eat breakfast out it was brunch and I found I just can't eat those HUGE pancakes or sausages anymore if I want to feel good the rest of the day.

Desserts were small if at all but I did bring some dark chocolate and nuts in case we had a late night regret we didn't indulge.

I'm going to stop now. I am just amazed. I finally dropped to a weight that I haven't been for years. I'm just trying to figure it out in my head how I did it on vacation! Now our trip next month to DLR will be MUCH more of a challenge!!!! I think DH and I will have to negotiate our "must have's" ahead of time ;)

iamsally, you are in the ZONE!!! Congratulations!

<<<setting up the no cal cake and champagne or sparkling cider for everyone :)

I am up 100 grams today which is not too bad considering my bad choices this week. I can take that back off in a day but as for today I just can't seem to care about it. We found out yesterday that my mum's work mate was murdered and, even though I didn't really know her, it's kind of affecting me. I think it's just the senselessness and permanence of it and the fact that this was a person spoken about regularly in our house and now she's just gone and in such a violent manner.

Hugs and please pass on some hugs for your mom.

Thanks amazed... I'm actually still doing substitute teaching but I'm pretty much full-time between 2 schools. They're the schools I was referring to, you seem to be able to wear jeans to both which is lucky!

I have a cold atm which is kind of good in a way because it means food is less tempting... not much sense in having a fattening meal if you can't even taste it properly! (Is it wrong that I think that way?!)
