Wouldn't it be awesome if we all just didn't want the chocolate and such! LOL Tand, I also recommend trying rooibos(redbush) and vanilla tea, it also counts towards your water intake and is most delicious!

I'll go rectify on Facebook right now *rubs hands together* Tand, love your post about the wonders of green tea! I'm a huge water drinker but I'm finding it harder as well to keep my 2-3 litres per day up now it's getting so cold. It doesn't exactly motivate you. So I love the green tea idea. I've only just in the last month started drinking tea and happened to buy a nine-pack of green teas the other day from T2! (I also bought a nine-pack of herbal teas. I tend to go overboard sometimes.) So green tea it is! I need to go buy myself a thermos now. Exactly 10 weeks to go today til my USA trip and 6kg (13lbs) to go in that time... why doesn't that total seem to be shifting?! Keep up the good work everyone! Keep inspiring me!

I thought of smeds and chugged the rest of it. Labuda, the red iced tea is rooibos herbal tea (introduced to me by our own dear smedley It's becoming more popular, it often has vanilla with it. It has a bit of sweetness on it's own and makes a good iced tea. I've never found it premade so I make my own. We CAN do this!!!!
