I hopped on the scales this morning and have lost 1.5lb since Tuesday, and if I am honest I was slightly disappointed. Ummm yeah there is something wrong in there somewhere lol. I think it's because I want to get back to where I was before my blip as soon as possible, but really in which reality should I not be delighted with losing that in 3 days?!?!?

smedley, having a gym at work must be really nice. Now that is a gym I just might use :) Good for you for pushing yourself to do it!

I was up a couple of lbs at the MD's yesterday :p as I always am. I stood and looked at the # and thought "OK" and then thought "what the heck?" So on top of the 2 up from my low I am now "officially" up 4 from my low :p On the other hand my EKG was "normal" and I don't seem to have the heart issues that run in my family :) DARN that stupid scale anyway!!!!!

I am having a LOT of stress (don't really like that word) in my life right now. I know I'm hitting up those little "extras" too much even if they are "healthy" extras. Whatever, today is another day, right :)

Smedley, I actually understand that. 1.5lbs is a great result, but sometimes these things just don't go fast enough for us! Still, congrats!

So upward and downwards I say. Just a subtle reminder that there is still work to do. Next summer I want to be reporting how all my old clothes fit and the ones I bought this year are too big.

I know I have officially dropped a size in clothing. I need to get the bigger sized clothes OUT of my closet. The other day my pants were feeling a bit tight and I was SO tempted to just grab the larger size.

I've kept on target during the day, at night I might fill my plate a little fuller and eat a bit more mindlessly because by then I'm pretty drained but gosh, this is BIG news for me :) I've even found that getting on the Wii Fit makes me feel better! Exercise making me feel better? A whole new concept :)

Numbers I have not seen in several years. I know it will bounce around for a while but at least I saw it. It really helps me want to be in the groove to see some actual progress. The past few years I have just yo-yoed around. If I can get 134 on the WiiFit I will finally be down 10 pounds from where I started. Only took 2 years. How much is that a month?!?

Sorry you are having *stress* amazed. Email or call if you want to unload.

I wish it was summer here so I could swim, that always helps my back and it would mean I could do some gentle exercise! But I don't have access to a heated pool unfortunately... I guess all I can do is eat as well as possible to make up for the lack of exercise. I had a shocking day food-wise on Monday (mainly in the afternoon / evening) and all of Tuesday I was really low on energy, I can only assume the two are related!

Then for about a year I bounced around between there and 140. But never got all the way back to my starting weight.
Now it is continuing down so I feel pretty up (emotionally) right now.

I try mine on on Saturday, so thinking skinny thoughts until then... the funny thing is I was just going out to get some banana custard when she called, after I heard the news I exchanged that for an apple and some more water...!
