I am really sorry you are having to go through this. We will be here to help you come out stronger on the other side. Good to see you csgoofygirl. Hope your health is improving. I just hate those *tests*. So often they don't help at all. We are a bit off but only have a few days until we head home. Then it will be stricter food and more systematic exercise. My daughter has a 3-story house so we are getting quite a bit without really trying. And I try to get us to walk the dog up a few hills. LadyStarlight, thanks for the laughs. Those trips to Disneyland without the junk food being a major part of it get easier. I swear. We hardly think about Park food anymore. Honest) Last time, after years without one, we bought one of those chocolate covered marshmallow thingys. The first bite was good but after that, kind of *why did we do that?* At least Rod and I split everything so even if we slip it is only half as bad. Tandelothien, I was surprised to see you here cuz I thought you were so thin at the meets. But I know how easy it is to pack on a few. We are all in this together whether is is 10 lbs or 100.

And then proceed to gain 10 or 15 lbs. Not this time. Even if it takes all year, I want to lose these last stinking 11 lbs.!

Eating out is a part of life, we just need to learn how to work that into our plans. We CAN do it!

It's sooo worth it! :-D I don't weigh myself , EVER. SOI Can't post how much I lose when Ilose it. I only go by how my clothes fit and wich one's I can fit into and wich one's are still TOO SMALL or TOO TIGHT! LOL. So far, I'm still in my current jeans. But I know in a week or two I'll see some improvement in them loosening.

I'm in a size 16 and hope to back to wearing a size 10/12. It doesn't matter tome how much I weight ,what matter's tome is how many inches I lose. They go hand in hand though. Just speaking for myself,I'd rather see results in the way my clothes fit than see a number ona scale. to other's they see the small results right away by weighing themselves and that keep them going. Ithink that is wonderful. I just doit a different way is all. Keep p the good hard work everyone! We are all helping one another in here.

The best way to "cleanse" or "detox" can be done by eating certain combination's of healthy food's or you can do the same by doing a liquid detox/cleanse. Liquid detox/cleanse' are a bit drastic, and you pretty much just lose water weight the first week. It's also hard on the body/system to just do a liquid diet and once you start eating regular food again, you'll just gain back what you lost. You can eat more when you chose healthy food's than you can when you chose the unhealthy food.
