I still exercised yesterday and will today but I'm eating whatever I want. Sometimes a piece of pumpkin pie followed by a piece of apple pie is just called for. Monday I'll be back on track, I have Dr's appointments hanging over my head so I know the weigh ins and lab work is close so I know I won't slip for too long. Happy Halloween!

Well another day fully on plan and another torturous session with the personal trainer (we did cardio today, holy cow am I unfit!) still I am at least seeing improvement, my body appears to be changing shape and I am losing weight and feeling a teensy bit fitter

Meals are thrown together but I did go yesterday and shop for some quick nutritious things so no excuse to have take out

It also has settings that track your weight so you can see your gains and losses. I like that. My daughter has one endorsed by Weigh Watchers that tracks even more that she really likes.

I expected a gain. I am lower than I've been in years and now and my jeans are loose again WAY sooner than I expected them to be. I am appreciating being able to get up and get dressed at a moments notice and not worry about whether something is going to fit or be too tight by the end of the day. I am also appreciating being able to squat down to adjust hospital beds, move quickly and run when I need to. We CAN do this.

At least my back is feeling a lot better after the chiropractor on Sunday, so I should be able to get back to working out at the end of the week!

They were very good and worked well for that snack on the run. Just put them in zip lock bag in the fridge. Only drawback with no oil is they really will stick, even to the paper muffin wrappers, so WW reccomends spraying them with pam... I used some foil wrappers and they worked better but next time will use the pam also. If anyone is interested: 2 C flour 1T baking powder 1t baking soda 1/2t ground cloves 1t salt 1t ground cinnamon 1t ground nutmeg 2/3C applesauce 1C pumpkin (canned or cooked fresh) 2/3C sugar 1/2C egg substitute or egg whites 2/3C skim milk combine all dry ingedients combine all wet ingredients: Mix wet ingredients to dry, Mix fill muffins 2/3 full and Bake @ 400 degrees for 20-25 min (use pam inside your muffin wrappers so they dont stick ) *makes about 2 dozen regular siz, not mini.
