I have been thoughtful but not journaling. Meals have still been whatever I can throw in the microwave but I REALLY NEED to get back on track so TODAY IS THE DAY! There I said it "out loud" :)

    Have a Healthy Day everyone!

I will just do as well as I can, I intend on driving so at least I know I won't splurge on wine or such ;)

I've been doing well keeping up with the Wii Fit (not the amount of time I should do but at least doing some Yoga and Strength) and our daily "hilly" walk.

I've NOT been doing so well with the healthy eating. Still whatever I can throw into the microwave in the least amount of time. Nothing bad, just nothing inventive or creative. Well, now that I write that, I really haven't been un heathy, just uninspired.

Now I'm working on my stupid blood pressure numbers. SIGH Got the exercise(overall health), fat(weight and cholesterol), calories (weight and blood pressure)and carbs (triglycerides)in food figured out. Now I have to think about sodium(blood pressure). Clean Eating, yep. I need to get on that wagon.

Then there is Thanksgiving next week :)

Have an inspired, healthy day everyone!

Good luck with the low sodium, I know you can do it.

I am still cruising and on track, feeling great, so long as I get through Monday night in one piece it's looking good (well apart from those 4 days in DLP in a week and a half's time ;D)

So, now I have had a reaction to BP meds. Sigh. If there is a possible reaction I seem to get it. So the sodium thing is going to become really important. Sigh again. Seeing the nutritionist on Monday, hope she gives me some inspiration :) MMMMMMM, now I am thinking of Moroccan food! :)

We love our salt. I stopped by one of those machines at the pharmacy and my BP was still under *optimum* so I feel good about that. It used to be really super low and has creeped up to normal. I hope it does not get high; that might break me. Good luck with that. Most folks I know who cut back on the sodium say everything tastes better once you get used to it. But you have to watch those processed foods. They are sodium mine fields.
    I love fruit cake.

Our SIL is now of course on a similar diet as DH and I :) and we were all amazed when looking at just the amount of sodium in certain items at Applebees. NOT to single out Applebees, he found a few things that were well within his zone. I thought it was weird when they first mandated those guides but for those who need to watch certain things they are really helpful :) SIL and fam don't eat out much anymore but he is really finding his way by going mostly to chain restaurants so he can see that guide. He figures that in awhile he'll know enough to move to the family/nicer restaurants :)

Whew! about the mincemeat Smeds. Sounds yummy!

I am going to need a water proof keyboard to help with the drool if we keep this up =)

Another good day for me, working nights so I went to the gym last night (4.30 this morning) and did a 50 mins session of cardio, light weights and core work. Fully on track food and water too!

We *can* do this!! Amazed good luck with the salt it really is a nightmare.

I am still on track with the eating and exercise, not losing as many lbs as I would like, but it can only be because my trainer is torturing my muscles into toning ;D

It's obviously showing because as of last night my engagement ring is missing because it fell off my finger somewhere between the office and putting bags away at home :O

I am happy with Thanksgiving. I haven't gained weight over a Holiday for a long time. My portion and dessert control are pretty good. It is the leftovers I have to be wary of. But so far I am actually down a bit.
Got off of my butt yesterday and got out an old Joanie Greggins tape that is exercise to Christmas music. After I did that I did some Wii balance. The bad thing is my back and legs have been killing me; that is what got me to exercise. I just could not get motivated until it hurt too bad.
I am already feeling improvement and know I will keep it up cuz we are going to Disneyland Thursday and I want to be able to walk all day without pain.
    Good luck all.

Hopefully, if I keep it up and stay on the food plan I have been on; some pounds will be shed. Gotta trick the old body.

I am very happy with those numbers as you might well imagine ;)
