Today I'm doing my Jillian Michaels Cardio Kickbox DVD and another turn in the pool when the sun warms the water a bit. Congratulations to everyone for every step forward we've taken this week. Ended up not finishing the chili and didnt touch the burger. (Perhaps the angels are watching out for me??). And I cannot get enough sleep (maybe the two are related?). Last night was bad since I could not get to sleep until well after 1am and found myself still waking up 15 mins before my alarm at 5:30. But it could be worse, so I still feel very blessed! Happy Wednesday my fellow losers...~~grin~~

We are back from our mini vacation and we made sure we had our healthy foods as well as our vacation treats. We did lots of extra walking that a year ago we wouldn't have bothered with. I even did some Wii type yoga stretches in the hotel room OH, for anyone who doesn't already have this site, check out dwlz.com, click on restaurants at the very top, next scroll down until you see all the listings and check the ww points BEFORE you go. Even if you aren't doing ww it's a good guess at what is best to order. Also, all the fast food restaurants have nutrition info on their websites. Have a great healthy day everyone!

But I also like hot chocolate in my coffee sometimes. A regualr packet of hot chocolate is 3 WW points. If Idon't want to use those point's for just that, I get the Swiss Miss "Sensible Sweets" Diet-25 Calorie's per packet mix. It has 25 calories per packet. 0 Total Fat and 1g Fiber= 0 Point's! They also have a fat free and sugar free version of the same thing and it's only 1 WW point per packet. Most other brand's of Hot Chocolate are 3-4 point's per packet.

I, of course, have run out and bought a packet of white tea bags so we shall see if my weight loss gets a little boost. And yes, try to walk as much as possible. Are there any foods you can pack up to take with you so that you aren't so tempted by the "bad stuff"? As for me...I've been doing pretty well but nothing is happening. I'm not snacking during the day. At night I do have some raw nuts...which are high in fats, but good for you. And they help me stay away from chips, crackers, cookies, etc... I am really drawn towards crunchy and salty foods. But my doctor told me "No salt!", so I start eying the cookies. And I am trying to stay away from processed foods and attempting to eat more organically. There are a lot of snacks out there I could substitute with but they all seemed to be processed with so many chemicals. Having gone through cancer, I'm trying to stay away from those types of foods. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
