    That's tough ... I may come back to this as it is bedtime.

    But let's say we're including replacements and things outside of parks as well, but not rehabs (even great ones like Mansion and HoP because those are what I expect from Disney)

    Since 96 ...

    DAK (by far the biggest development and best);
    DAK Lodge;
    Coronado Springs;
    Milennium Celeb (and all that came with it except wand ... so RoE, ToN etc);
    PhilharMagic;
    Wishes (for quality even if it resulted in terrible tree removal and Hub reconstruction ... and is now tired);
    Fantasmic (not now);
    Soarin;
    EE (when it opened, not now);
    Nemo Musical (although overrated);

    ... really struggling here ...

I guess DAK is great in January, but I'm not a big fan of zoos in general. And the attraction line-up at DAK is tired or damaged goods. Soarin' is a glorified IMAX movie, which I can see at my local science center (and even in 3D). Midway Mania lost its thrill after I got a Wii. I almost always watch Philharmagic when I'm at MK, and I appreciate that it's not too heavy-handed on the story. Other than that, though...slim pickins.
