While I am concerned about my Country I am forever the optimist when it comes to the American People. I know in my heart that we will come out of this. My finances are in order, and while no one can predict my future. I never lay awake, and worry about it. While I certainly wish my health was better, I am confident that one day it will be. I am truly happy with my life for the most part. WDW has always been an escape from the ordinary for me. While I didn't ever dislike my life I sometimes needed a break from it. An escape into fantasy if you will. This time I felt no such escape. I truly felt I was spending time in a facade of what WDW use to be like. I felt like my time was being spent in a place devoted to getting my money. When I go to a Casino I expect it. Not when I enter the gates of WDW. We all know that the Mouse is greedy. This time I felt it in my bones, and I don't like that feeling at all. This trip definetly impacted me in a very negative way. Please pardon my lack of proper spacing in paragraph form. For those needing an interpreter...well you're just out of luck!

I know I'm not a business man, and that all corporations have spredsheets, and profit margins, and stock holders to answer to. I'm just of the opinion that in the long run you turn people off when the value far exceeds the product, and I truly believe WDW is headed down that road right now. If they can turn a WDW lover like me sour on their product, I hate to think what a normal person is thinking after a visit.

I found me a nice little spot at the intersection of I-45, and FM 1960. I'm knocking down 300 non-taxable dollars a day when I choose to work a 4 hour shift. You would be surprised how effective an American Flag, and a sign that saids "God Bless You" is.

Haven't seen him in years, but if I were in EPCOT tomorrow, I could walk up to him, introduce myself, and he'd remember me.

And I don't think he'd even mind you leaving a letter out of his name. <<I learned a lot from him. Out of the current four WDW park VPs, one is outright hated by most of the cast, another is headed down the same path, one is relatively new and the jury is still out, but Jim ... I haven't heard one person utter a single bad word about him. At WDW that speaks volumes to me. I'm just afraid he'll give in and walk away with a buyout leaving someone who doesn't share the passion he does to look after my favorite WDW park. Jim's the first man in a long time to hold the position who is both a decent human being and really gets and cares about the product he puts out.
