There is a small boycott movement that thinks Star Wars was rewritten to bash the president elect. I say more room in the theater for a better seat. Why do people try to make good things like Star Wars bad?

We seem to be engaged in a worldwide game of "gotcha", in which everyone twists and turns absolutely everything to prove that they're being oppressed/offended/marginalized ... and media outlets make gazillions off of the clicks when they write brainless based-on-one-tweet-by-some-random-asshole articles about the "discoveries", no matter how ludicrous. WHY DOES THIS STUPID BOYCOTT GET ANY COVERAGE AT ALL?

If you DO think Trump is a potential fascist dictator, as I do, then you sure can't say we don't deserve him. #WASS

I think we put too much stock in the internet and social media. It's a way for everyone to communicate their views but the crazies get all the attention due to the volumes of nuttiness they spew. There is no accountability in what is said. The internet is like one giant clown car accident. The clowns keep falling out.The internet was so much better back in the early 90's when we just had government and university students with their "Hot or Not" web sites. There was no advertising or commerce.
