On a decorating note, CK went hog wild over the weekend and decorated the snot out of the front of the house. We're the only ones on the block who have anything more than a string or two of lights. We are the festive-est! :) Hehe, I'll take my trophy now and post a pic later, thank you thank you! :)

Thanks for asking about the Roo Monster. I *think* he's doing better. The lump seemed gone for a day, then it came back, now I think it's gone again. I think he's fighting it, so hopefully the antibiotics will help him out and finish the job.

How's your "a bit at a time" decorating going, Mele? Seems like decorating really does mess up the house. We still have boxes everywhere! (Including a giant Costco box that my animated bears came in!)

I wish I had a maid to come in and sweep up all of the branches and needles that I left in here last night.

Oh, and a chef to make the brownies for the cookie exchange tonight.

Got clear of that nightmare, then 5 mins before home (I was at the finishing hurdle!) a petrol tanker had turned over on it's side into a ditch beside one of the country lanes. Had to turn around and retrace my route, adding another 10 mins. Hopefully all involved in the accidents are ok. But seriously!! 2hrs 30 mins to get home!! I am sooooo tired it's not even funny!! And I've got to go to work again shortly (I did manage to sleep for 5.5 hrs). Ok rant over, thanks ;)

I know it's going around but I would NEVER do this to another mother. I've been through HELL and back over the last 2 days...so much for baking christmas cookies with my daughter today as planned....AAAAaaaarrrhhhhhgggghh, I could just SCREAM!!! I guess the brightside is at least this didn't happen on christmas day

I didn't get any of my Xmas shopping done today because she is home and wanted to cuddle this morning. I fell back asleep and now my chance to shop is gone. I can't take her along to buy her presents. LOL
