The EXTREMELY helpful man at Orbitz said that my only option would be for them to refund me my money for the flight I booked several months ago at a discount and then rebook the flight at the current costs which is outragously expensive since IT'S ONLY 2 DAYS AWAY!!! Then he gave me a lecture about buying flights for cheap airfare, like it was my fault that the airlines are selling flights for less then it costs for them to operate them! So they transfered me to Delta, and during the time they transfered me, another leg of my flight was canceled and they told me that we would have to fly out at 1:05pm instead of 5:00pm. Now of course I had already booked a non-refundable Walk in Walt's Footsteps tour for that day, and would have to miss it to get to the airport in time, so I explained it to this woman and told her, that we can change airports in LA, but she would have to change both the in and out flights, so that we can get a rental car. So, an hour and a half later, our flight had been changed to fly into Ontario instead and we will still be able to make the tour. Phew!!!
