It's in the meaty part between the thumb and index finger. Pinch that part with your other hand. It should be a little painful (if you feel that pain than you are in the right spot) Keep it pinched for 3 minutes and then slowly apply more pressure..the pain of the first pinch will subside gradually as you get used to the feeling. Your headache will be relieved for you. The longer you hold that pinch, the quicker your migraine will relieve itsself. Also the big toes on each foot have pressure points as well, for the head area. Massage your big toes. Be sure to apply a decent amount of pressure when doing this with your thumbs and the tips of yoru thumbs. My cousin is an Accupuncturist and I am studying the art of reflexology.( not wanting to do anything proffessional with it though) I hope this helps you.
