We travel with 4 suitcases...one for mom, one for dad, one for DD, and one with the toiletries. We return with one for dirty clothes, one for clean clothes (we pack too much, too), one for souvineers, and one with toiletries. Works pretty well, actually. Makes unpacking pretty simple.
