UGH, no kidding! This song competes with Feliz Navidad for worst Christmas song ever!

And now here it is October and I already have it stuck in my head. >.<

For those who love/hate "Wonderful Christmastime," you should check out (if you can find it) its b-side, "Rudolf the Red-Nosed Reggae." From the sound of it, Sir Paul had just had his first violin lesson.

Also, Billy Ocean made me turn violent when he was popular back in the 80's. Blech.

Very '80's, very cheesy, but very fun and very sweet! Thanks!

    Wrapped around each other
Trying so hard to stay warm
    That first cold winter together
    Lying in each others arms
    Watching those old movies
    Falling in love so desperately
    Honey, I was your hero
And you were my leading lady

    We had it all
    Just like Bogie and Bacall
Starring in our old late, late show
    Sailing away to Key Largo

    Here's lookin' at you kid
Missing all the things we did
We can find it once again, I know
Just like they did in Key Largo

    Honey, can't you remember
    We played all the parts
    That sweet scene of surrender
When you gave me your heart
    Please say you will
    Play it again
    'Cause I love you still
Baby, this can't be the end

    We had it all
    (We had it all)
    Just like Bogie and Bacall
Starring in our old late, late show
    Sailing away to Key Largo

Okay, I have very eclectic musical tastes (or just downright strange in some cases). I admit to having several songs mentioned here on my iPod (including "Shaving Cream") Heh heh heh...

The first 'yuck' song that popped into my head is by one of my very favorite artists (we'll be seeing him live in November) - Billy Joel... The neverending song from hell:

    "Leave a Tender Moment Alone"

It keeps going and going and going and has no particular melody - it's just all OVER the place. I hate it.

That's right! C'mon, Murdoch's got enough to answer for in the afterlife as it is!
