Now, if you REALLY want to suffer, check out Tiny Tim's version of "I Got You Babe." Or "Great Balls of Fire." Or "Nowhere Man."

BTW, just prior to becoming famous, Tiny recorded another version of "I Got You Babe" for the soundtrack of "You Are What You Eat", with a Cher soundalike and a backing track. That one's worse. And he does an amazing "Be My Baby" in the same movie. For some unfathomable reason, that soundtrack album was one of Columbia's earliest CD releases.

    PS -
    Yogi - The Ivy Three
    Baby Face - Little Richard
Bridge Over Troubled Water - Senator Sam Irwin
Fight For Your Right To Party - Beastie Boys
Weekend in New England - Barry Manilow
Playground In My Mind - Clint Holmes
Love Is Here and Now You're Gone - Diana Ross
Yes Tonight Josephine - Johnny Ray

For those who haven't heard it, this sounds worse than you can POSSIBLY imagine. Excellent selection.

Where's the edit feature on LP?! mawnck keeps making these typos!

<-- makes that coughing sound from the song to punctuate his point

I've been negligent. I can't believe I didn't list two songs that are probably in my Top Five for making me desperately flail for the radio buttons:

    "The Joker" by Steve Miller
"Take The Money And Run" by Steve Miller

About as wimpy as music gets. I cringe everytime they get to the line "Would I have to beg you, pretty please?" Even their name annoys me -- couldn't they decide on last names, first names or something?
