Thirdly, what happens when a cartoon highlights a bit of hypocrasy that your own candidate/party/cause has, that you know exists? Does it make you angry, or can you chuckle about it, think "touche´" or does it really make you angry?

Stop looking to put people in a place that makes you feel more comfortable, just look at people for whom they are and be more loving.

Good or bad. <<Secondarily, has there ever been an editorial cartoon that challenged a belief you've held? >> cant say that I have. However Calvin always getting busted for what Hobbes did seemed to bust my hide.

But when you have Muhammad in heaven saying stop blowing yourself up we are out of virgins, thats funny and says a lot of truth.

My wife is getting flipped out over this whole thing and that's why I WOULD NOT get upset about the Jesus depictin. I'm trying to be a ripppe of tranquility in a sea of hysteria, IF I CAN! 2toon and NUUT---cartoons are suppose to challenge and that is the point to change hearts and minds, and 2oon THEY are an excellent TOOL for that purpose IF the people aren't "UNHINGED" as mele so euphemistically put it.

Even crazed Pat Robertson isn't burning down everything because Jesus was offended These Muslims just think they are better than everyone else and "kill all the infidels" So much hate.

He was a very violent man with a lot of blood on his hands, and we see his people following him like he would have liked them to. Forget that in his late 40's he married a 6 year old girl and consummated the marriage when she was 9. In the Koran it say she was his favorite wife( im sure she was).
