So many things really, and so many of them are music. Top of the the list is "When You Wish Upon a Star" ... gets me every time.

    *sigh* especially the Magic Shop.

True colors when the waiting area is quiet enough for me to hear it. I even tear up hearing it on the radio because it make me think of WDW.

    Music in the American Pavillion.

Going for a solo walk very late on a cool night from the YC to the Boardwalk and continuing around back to the YC.

stitchcrazy, it's even a thousand times more emotional and more amazing than you can imagine it will be.

Someone once described having children as your heart being born and living outside of your body. It's so true no matter if you are the mother or the father.

It's magic, plain and simple, and many people don't get it, but most here on this LP boards do get it. And there is nothing like it anywhere else in the world.

I cried when I saw my 2 year old son with Woody at WDS Paris in October (I don't know if the other UK LPers with us noticed and were polite!).

It was my first trip back to WDW in over 30 years. I had only been ONCE as a child 5 years old.

When we walked through the front gates, under that old familiar RR building, into Main Street... I swear to god I could feel Uncle Walt uring me on, pusing me gently, I was a kid again myself.

I could remember the strollers, (in 1997 they still had those old metal and blue ones with chunky black wheels)
I could remember the buildings, I could remember the SMELL... It was the most surreal moment, borderline supernatural.

FINALLY after 30 Y-E-A-R-S , I am back!!! Then, my son in my arms, as we strolled out from under the rail road building, and into the main street area, the character bus drove up, they jump off, and right in front of me and my son was ...

My son strains away from me, throws out both arms and screams, POOOOOH!!!!

Okay kick me out of the mens club, call me a fairy, whatever, but I'll admit it, at thay very moment, I lost it.

Some people get the magic, and those that do, it never gets old. Some people don't and I feel sorry for them.
