When, when, when is Eisner going to realize that he is in over his head and resign? That was the question. Now it seems that he wasn't all that bad.

Walt and Eisner were the creative talent and Roy and Wells had the business minds to make it all come together. Wells' death really was the beginning of the end for Eisner. He would never let anyone else in that had the level of respect to say "no" or "bad idea".
