Originally Posted By Tinkerbell819 I'm not sure why they added a new judge, Rsey...I thought mele's ideas seemed right on target. The thing I don't understand is, when two judges say okay, it seems that they let the contestant through. (When the majority hasn't ruled.) So, having 3 or 4, doesn't make a difference. (Unless there's another rule I'm not aware of, like does Simon have more clout than the others??) Tonight they let someone else go through that wasn't very good, but they begged and begged and they got to go to Hollywood. (I think it was the girl in the beginning with the mermaid looking dress.) I don't think that's fair to the other mediocre people that don't carry on and beg. (or the ones that say they sang from the wrong r*ct*m.)

Okay, she needs to stop that god-awful laughing.

She's worked on albums for Kelly Clarkson, Jewel, Faith Hill, Pink, Britney Spears and others. So she has some experience to back up being a judge.
