Every 7 or 8 tries?! It took me an hour and a half to be able to vote once for Adam.

I imagine it depends on where you live, and how well your local phone company's circuits can deal with heavy caller volume. Just a total guess though; I know nothing about telecommunications technology.

Ahh, that's a different animal. I thought you were saying that there was a payout at the point of winning.

I'm not sure I have this correct, but I THINK the winner is obligated to sign for x-length of time with 19 Entertainment; anyone else may (or may not) be offered a contract by them, at 19's discretion, but is not obligated to sign with them. I believe some of the non-winners have done so, and others have not. The top 10 are all obligated to do the tour, of course.

So, while I thought it was funny,(and enjoyed Kara in her undies), I also thought it was kind of mean.

Better. I vote that Kara's body is better since she doesn't have fake boobs.

    On the other hand...

I'm guessin' youTube is full of segments. You won't get the continuous 2-and-a-quarter-hours, but I'll bet most of it is there.

And most of the segments are available for purchase on iTunes. (Maybe americanidol.com, too?)

    Just a little friendly advice...

Pay to see Kara sing. Pay for Danny and Lionel. Avoid watching Rod perform, even if it's free.

I also enjoyed Adam and Kris with Queen. I saw some of the other contestants on stage during that song but there seemed to be too many for just the top ten. Does anyone remember who they were. Doesn't have to be names :) just why there were there would be great.

I'm torn. I'm not a huge fan but I was interested in what he'd come up with next. He seems like an awesome match for Queen but...I dunno. Thoughts?

I just don't know if Adam would be interested in doing that. It sort of made sense for Paul Rogers, because he was from that era and could do some of his well-known songs as well, and it allowed both him and Queen to play arenas again (I saw them at the Meadowlands).

I don't know if Adam would be interested in what is essentially a nostalgia tour, though.

Wow. Turns out AT&T went to some Kris Allen parties, handed out free phones, and taught people how to "power text." No such tutorial took place for Adam.

My guess is that this couldn't have changed the results, but it's a clear violation of the rules. I wonder if anything will come of this.
