I, for one, welcome your viewpoints. They were always well articulated even if I sometimes found them harsh. It's very apparent you care deeply about WDW.

I do hope you decide to stay around.

But have a great time at DLP. It's a wonderful park, truly the most well-designed, detail-filled MK. The hallmark of Tony Baxter's brilliance! I haven't visited since the Studios opened, but I'm sure they'll be worth 3-4 hours of your time. Cinemagique is supposed to be the real "star" of the park, Armageddon was supposed to be put into DCA and RnRC is well ... RnRC.

    Enjoy.

And don't be a stranger here.

    Harsh? Moi?!?!?! ...Never.

The Spirit just tells the unvarnished truths that some people don't want to hear about.

But I do love WDW. I just don't like a lot of the changes the place has made in the past 10-15 years.

No one will ever convince me the MK and Epcot are better now than they were when the 90s began.

<<I do hope you decide to stay around.>>

Nope. Sorry. I may pop in now and again, as the Spirit moves me, but there are folks here that don't want to hear my views and can make the LaughingPlace an UglyPlace. If I just pop in and say hi, I won't get pulled into the quick sand.

    Thanks, LDD.

That's what I've heard. I'm very excited about going, even though I know from TDLFAN's pictorials that much decay has befallen the place. It appears they are now starting a massive, DL-like, renewal to get ready to celebrate 15 Years of Magic next year.

Oh, and the Spirit hears that a WDW exec, who once had a high-level job at DL, has just been moved to DLP. Whether this is a good thing or not remains to be seen.

Yep. Sorry ... 'tis the Texas princess that raised the Spirit!

Now, Iggy, we need to get you to the Spirit's 30-something B-Day spectacular at WDW this July! :)

I will be staying at the resort from May 15-20, but only doing two days in the parks with the rest of my time in Paris and environs.

It kind of sucks that the parks are both closing all week at 6 p.m. I can understand the Studios being closed early, but I expected DLP to stay open until at least 8!

But I must say I feel as excited as my first visit to the MK and DL.

I'm sure it's more flexible but essentially they have taken what used to be a simple product offering (multi-day park hoppers with WP access) and now made it something like the menu at a chinese restaurant.

The more days you buy the cheaper it gets per day. I like it. I live too far away to get any value from an AP but I sure can stretch the one I bought out for at least three years.
