Some people will do anything to make a buck. I read in the news the other day where a man was intentionally poisoning his children's soup so he could sue Campbell's. The kids are alive, but he put them in the hospital. Some people will stoop to anything. I don't know if that's the case here, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was.

So, he will not be prosecuted in criminal court for something like assault. This has nothing to do with any possible civil claim or lawsuit the family may bring against Disney, other than they won't get the slam-dunk evidence that a criminal conviction would have given them. But, I'm not so sure that we've heard the last of this situation.
