We will likely see even higher prices and perhaps little or no access to the characters. I'm not suggesting that any CM has the right to attack a guest. But this has little resemblance to any attack I have ever witnessed.

It's also possible that Tigger meant to just push the kid away and accidentally "punched" him in the face (and I think "punched" is the wrong word to use here - that was no punch. My 78 year mother probably hits harder than that!). Either way, this is definitely a mountain made out of a molehill-some nobody wants to make the big corporation pay and get their 15 minutes of fame. I also agree about the kid's outfit - he's dressed like a thug in the video, but he looks all sweet and innocent in his pretty blue t-shirt during the interview. What a scam!

Look at the video carefully - you can pinpoint the second where Tigger's entire demeanor changes. If, as was reported, the CM couldn't breathe, I'm sure there's a bit of panic there, no matter how well trained he was. He would do just about anything to get the kid to back off. And that appears to be exactly what happened. There was no animosity between the two of them after the incident. It was a big nothing, until Dad got involved, looked at the tape, and started to see dollar signs.

Get real people! I think I saw this dad buying an extra hot coffee from McDonalds too What a scam. The more I think about this the more I get angered. I am writing to Disney to support the CM and to also plead that they not reward this family with hush money. I think public needs to hear the CM's side and this family needs to be humiliated. I hope when they return home they are the pariah of their community.

If Tigger was reacting in the heat of the moment from being strangled, and accidentally hit the kid in the face (I'm not going to say "punched") it's quite possible the head-rubbing afterwards was a sort of non-verbal "I'm sorry". Not that he'd even have to offer that, but he clearly wasn't feeling aggressive and he didn't try to run. Of course, the whole situation would be much funnier if Tigger was really a girl.

But, Channel 9 has learned Tigger said he was the one who was attacked. A union representative for him said he was pulled and was choking, adding he was just trying to escape from the teen." So that's the CM's side of the incident. As many have speculated, the CM is claiming he was being pulled on by the teen, choking him. "Jerry Monaco, Sr. said he took his son to the hospital a day after it happened because his son complained of neck problems. He was even prescribed a painkiller, codeine." Codeine? For that slap? IF he was in pain, the doctor should have told him to take a Tylenol. Looks like another opportunity for the Monaco Sr. to sue the doctor for getting his kid addicted to codeine. "Monaco has retained an attorney. Eyewitness News asked Monaco if he's planning to file a lawsuit to get money. "Gimme a break," he said." So much explained in such few words.

Watch the slow motion part, look how off-balance the kid is... on one foot, almost about to topple over. IF Tigger so much as "pushed" him too hard, that kid would have gone over that little fence there. Because the kid didn't, there's no way he hit him "pretty hard.." like the kid says. The costume is bulky, and it's very hard to see with it. In my opinion, Tigger lifted his left hand high to avoid hitting the child below with his hand, turned to hold, grab, or move the tall kids hand, or to grab for something... then his hand 'swiped' the side of the kids head. These people are whining about nothing and obviously, by getting the news media involved, are just looking for plenty of attention. Just looking for an apology? Right. After 3 manager CM's apologized, that's not good enough for Dad. What does he 'really' want? I guess we'll see after all those hit-n-run lawyers see him spouting off in front of the news cameras. It truly makes me ill.. People, just get over it, and move on. From the footage we're all seeing, there's not a single scratch on your kids head.. just his ego. Dan B imtigger Carlsbad, CA

(I know of one person who got fired after telling a guest to move faster at boarding a ride and that they were too fat... just cause they had a bad day. And yes... that CM is gone.) My personal opinion is... Kid and family should get nothing and Tigger should get "released from duty." Both are at fault. ~Beth
