It does show the kid flinching right before Tiggers "left hook" is coming around, so it would seem that he was expecting it, and probably did provoke a response. Also the last slide shows where Tigger was patting him on the back while mom smiles at the pair and little brother is laughing. Looks like an amicable ending. There is also a poll where you can vote. 96% say this family is not justified to calling this assault - so NO the public is not buying any of this.
