TIAHB I had a blast last night AND got to meet Tony B. & Chef Ripert to boot! Oh, and since Chef Ripert is known for fish, I asked him and found out (with input from Tony, too) that I should try salmon, sole, tuna, or cod if I want to learn to like fish. Oh, and Tony recommended having it with bacon... further proof that bacon makes everything better - Tony Bourdain even thinks so!
