She said "You threw away our last 87K!" I just said wait till you see it. She flew in the next day and fell in love with the blue prints and the model. It is kind of scary putting down a lot of money on a blueprint that won't be consummated till 4/08 but that's the way to make a piece of change. She has busted my chops with the usual naysaying "Are you sure it's going to be built"? ever since until this e today. So I just called her and she Rachel has too much going on but I might fly in with Brad next week for a few nights and go to the opening? The OS said that downtown is NOW $500 a sqare foot which puts our unit at around a 300K increase (on paper) in 8 months, except "Downtown Daryl Hunt" my broker on this deal said in the Sentinel just Tues> front page that by the time 4/08 comes we're talking a LOT more as everyone wants to be downtown. Of course now my wife is yelling at me to sell. I just can't frickin do anything right
