    I'll just have to face it, you get what you pay for! ( mine was free remember!)

    As long as you get your heart rate up for (I don't remember how many minutes it's supposed to be) a bit. Park your car further, take the stairs instead of the escalator, etc.

    I walked about a mile tonight. Jayna did not go with me but thats ok. I feel pretty good. Ill have to continue it though. Since its the weekend, everyone is off the hook accept for 1 day. Try and walk one of the 3 days, all 3 if you can, but at least 1. Ill be out taking photos at a motorcycle race on saturday so I will be getting my exercise for sure.
