Good quality, priced right and the employees are without exception cheerful and efficient.

I loooooooooooooove me some Red Robin Bonzai Burger, I just wish there was a less messy way to eat it.

I guess I am not much of a burger person because I eat so much chicken, the only other burger I have is the Quarter Pounder at McDonalds, or a Junior Bacon Cheesburger (no tomatoes~!) from Wendys. Or the Junior Whopper (no onion or tomato) from Burger King.

    3. Wendy's Single w/ cheese
    4. Chili's Cheeseburger
    5. In N Out Double Double (still overrated, but I can't think of another one to fill the gap)

All with just meat, cheese, and the bun. I'm kind of boring like that.

I prefer places that char-broil their burgers, most people here will hate me but I like my burgers big, 1/2 to 1lb sounds right.

I'd list some places but no one would know them anyways.

Anywhere that serves hamburgers Southern style. There's a place in Four Oaks, North Carolina, where three of the twelve seats have you eating on top of the soda cooler. My favorite was always a drug store across from UNC-Chapel Hill's campus. Chili, slaw, mustard, and onions. From time to time, Wendy's did a version called the Carolina Classic. Food of the gods!

The bleu cheese burger at the Taste Pilots Grill at DCA is really good. Not too bleu cheesy, but bleu cheesy enough.

A hamburger cooked at home. Whether grilled or just fried in a pan on the stove, hamburgers at home are so good. Must be the fat content.

Lastly, a three way tie among Wendy's single with cheese, a Big Mac, and a Whopper Jr. with Cheese. Usually I'd go for Wendy's. But when the mood is right, Big Macs and Whoppers are really good. I'd say In and Out tastes better than any of these three. But I hardly ever eat there. I can't understand how a place that pretty much just makes hamburgers and french fries could take fifteen minutes to do it.
