And even if you accept that it's a kiddie show and therefore doesn't need to be, y'know, good, then that theater is still the wrong venue for it. A waste of a very nice venue.

Surely you must understand that at some point or another, even if it's 100 years from now, the Enchanted Tiki Room could be removed.

Conversly Aladdin, if it remains popular, could continue its run for another 40 years. A show is a show whether it features live actors or AA figures.

    wow.

    You amaze me.

You seem to equate the Hyperion Theater like ANY "attraction" in the two parks, which is a misconception.

    But go right on ahead.

Walt built the Enchanted Tiki Room to be The Enchanted Tiki Room.....

while the Hyperion Theater is like any standard "live stage" venue like the Fantasyland Theatre, or the former Space Stage - with new shows on a seasonal to yearly basis.

Why is it a misconception? An attraction is an attraction, whether it's an AA theater show, 3D film, dark ride, or roller coaster. Some are "better" than others, and each one has a shelf life. In my opinion Aladdin still has plenty of life left in it to play for several more years.

Says who? First, there's nothing "standard" about the venue from a Disney theme park perspective. It's absolutely nothing like the old Space Stage in Tomorrowland. Second, I seem to recall that when Aladdin opened it was stated that the show was designed to be on the level of an E ticket attraction, setting a new standard for Disney theme park musicals.
