There was nothing I wanted more in life than to be a mom! (Still hasn't changed. ;-) I adored the dollhouse that my dad built for me, and that my mom decorated. They surprised me with it one Christmas. (It fit my Sunshine Family dolls.) I *stupidly* sold it at a garage sale, as a teenager, along with my horses. I miss my Little Animals! My friend Cindy and I would collect these tiny rubber animals at the toy store, and we would spend *HOURS* building houses for them, out of wooden clothes pins broken in half. (The clothes pins were the "walls.") We would draw out cardboard, one-dimensional furniture to fit the animals. We spent more time designing and building their homes than we did actually playing with them, but it was so much FUN. I loved my roller skates. I spent so much time at roller rinks, skating to disco music (4th-6th grades), thinking I was really hot. LOL

My mom grew up during the depression and asked Santa for the doll house she had seen in the Sears catalogue. When she opened the one her father had made for her she got mad. She has felt guilty for hurting his feelings all these years.

She's been with me every time I've been to the hospital (even was allowed in the OR when I got my ew eardrum back in 1981). And, I'll try to get a pic of her up on my Epson site soon. She's 30 years old ow, so keep that in mind if I do get a picture up.
