This area will probably be quite popular, since the US versions are so popular, but it just seemd to be lacking something to me. It sure does look nice at night, though!

First of all it looks like it is wedged in an unused space between two existing structures, which makes it appear less like a trolley park and more like what it is - an elaborate excuse for TSMM. Second, I don't get why Disney designed all of the color palette and architecture the same. Does anyone know the back story? Maybe it explains why the area has such a uniform look. Overall I wonder why they didn't just replicate Paradise Pier at TDS as a tribute to Coney Island. Toyville Trolley Park appears to be half baked effort, especially considering that this is coming from the OLC.

However a Paradise Pear area would have also been nice and I guess it would have fit quite well in American Waterfront. I have never experienced TSMM, it was still under construction at DHS. Since it is very popular in the US, I can imagine it would be a good addition for Toon Studios at WDSP.

Why do guests suddenly go from being at an early 1900s trolley park (that doesn't even look like a trolley park, btw) to Andy's bedroom, which is clearly in the latter half of the 20th century? And where are the real midway games? Although the sets are nicely done throughout TTP, the storytelling is executed poorly and the final result is lacking.
