From what I recall, they don't have the sort of "scramble service" places that the DLR has, and it was either full table service restaurants or walkup windows with minimal selection. Since we don't want to be tied down too much, we may be just winging it again and going without reservations and seeing who will let us eat. The only place I know we'll try to go back to is Le Cellier just because they hold a special memory for me, but oh my goodness, there are so many other places at Epcot that sound good. In particular, I've heard the German restaurant is really good. We enjoyed the walkup German place quite a bit. And then we've heard about Boma and Spoodles and stuff - no way to eat everywhere that sounds good! /cs
