Tron helps our heroes Sora, Goofy and Donald (and vice-versa), which I found odd, because if memory serves me right, Tron dies early in the movie.

Anyway, Sark and the MPC are also bosses, but you go after them in a somewhat Part II of the game. David Warner reprises his role of Sark and possibly the MPC, but I'm not sure if that's Jeff Bridges doing Tron. The level also retains the look of the original movie and a spiffy round with the Light Cycles.

Speaking of actors not reprising their Disney roles, did Jeremy Irons not like Scar or something? It seems that all the post-Lion King projects (Kingdom Hearts II, WDW Fantasmic!, Simba's Mighty Adventure PlayStation video game) had Scar being voiced by someone else. Scar was also absent from *shudder* Mickey's House of Villains, but the Hyenas weren't.

Well, given that in the film Jeff Bridges played Flynn instead of Tron (who was played by Bruce Boxleitner), I would hope that they didn't use Jeff Bridges for Tron.

    Wow! Continuity and everything!

Ah, it's been a while since I've seen it. In fact, I think the first time I ever saw it from beginning to end was on TNT a few years ago... I was amused at the 'programs' inside the computer... as if they're are little techno Doobies and Dugs inside the program for LP. :)

And a quick trip to IMDb.com refreshes my memory on the cast. It must have been Jeff Bridges' computer counterpart who dies early on then. Good ol' Corey Burton is doing Sark and the MCP, and it is indeed Boxleitner reprising his role as Tron.

I would be all about more TRON stuff, since Kevin Flynn, Jeff Bridges' character, also happens to be my name. I think it would be neat to see a modern day version of this, but the concept was barely strong enough to support one movie.
