I think part of what happens with a troll is they find themselves at a Starbucks or hotel or wherever with public wifi, they log in there under a new account. Not much to be done there. As for needing help, that much is obvious. This has gone on for years. It's moved from annoying, to irritating, to mildly amusing, to "who cares anymore" to just downright pathetic. We're well into the pathetic stage. It's sad more than anything than someone needs attention that badly.
