I wouldn't put it any higher than the Wine Country Trattoria for instance - and in fact the last thing I had at WCT was better than what I've eaten in Mythos, no more expensive, and I love the atmosphere there too. Mythos is the best in IOA for sure, though (though I haven't seen the HP area).
