    I do have priorities though. F'rinstance, fried okra in restaurants---ya know, them cute li'l brown "mini-nuggety" balls? I HAVE to dip those in ketchup. But my grandmother's fried okra patties? Mm-mm-MMMM, I won't even consider it! ;-)

    (a mix of ketchup, mayo, relish) or
    with SALSA! (BUT not ketchup alone!)

    This sandwich also serves as a great base for you favorite grilled burger, turkey burger, or even grilled salmon!
