long way to go in this series---congrats on the 1st 5 minutes or so- you came out with energy and effort as expected and put up 2.

Campbell has an open net and hits Luongo while prematurely raising his stick- there's a reason he's a defenseman ( and not one of my faves)

P.S. I can't stand Versus' coverage. We couldn't see the game until the end of the first.

Hawks are the Stanley Cup Champions and were given the respect they deserved..Perhaps when this series is over they and their fans will give the Canucks the respect they deserve, no matter the outcome....

Never have seen so many hits by the Nucks 47-21....

Think game 2 may be more offensive..
Vancouver knows they are playing a very
good team..do not think Chicago knows they are playing a very good team, that could be thier biggest mistake...in order to win you have to play smart tactical hockey for
60 minutes....every game ,to win the cup..
in the same way as the Hawks, Ducks, devils, oilers, Hurricanes, Flames ,almost Canucks in 94, etc...

"Hawks outplayed the Canucks after down by two"
No they never outplayed the Canucks ,they
played hard and had many chances , as did our club...they did dominate the first ten minutes of the 2nd period..and some in the third...but that was expected
Towes, Sharp, Kane, Hossa, played anywheres from 27 to 24 minutes each..over a long series that will take a toll...our team played a balanced 4 line system..sedins line played a mere 16 -18 minutes...next game they will be more visible...I would think...just have to wait and see what happens next game..no one knows...Thats Hockey...
