No they don't, but children are far, far more likely to be a nuisance.

I would certainly hope that if customers showed up intoxicated or behaving badly that they would be turned away, and not just at V&A's.

Now THAT'S something that can be enjoyed by all ages! :p <<

I debated saying anything about this particular word, but I took two letters out and am curious about what the last line is referring to!

I believe the post was about drugs. But the first time I saw the post, I was certainly taken aback for a moment.

Would it be ok if she played a "copperhead" instead?

The coolest would be having a role in Clara Barton's Red Cross unit, no?

    Alcohol is.

And alcohol plays an important role in fine dining. In fact, some would probably argue that you weren't "doing it right" if you didn't include the aperitifs and wine parings and all that stuff.

All of which might enhance a fine meal for an adult, but surely drag things out and make it even MORE unappealing for a kid.

This is an interesting observation (and made more than once in this topic)...so the jist is that subjecting kids to boring, stuffy ordeals when they are young somehow prepares them for the same when they grow up?

I highly doubt it happens all that often in 5-star restaurants.

I'm glad you laughed (actually, that particular word/sentence combination puts me in tears anytime I look at it!) :)

Curious. I always knew I was just freakin' wierd. I guess we are the only people on these board who wouldn't find a dinner at V$As close to waterboarding.
    Seriously, you guys are ridiculous.

Time passes much more slowly for kids, I think.

Relaxing, entertaining, delicious, but not at all boring (I think having the chef there in front of you cooking helps).
