If you just put up another retrospective film that doesn't innovate the narrative process beyond things that have been done in the DL Opera House before, the audience for an updated Walt Disney Story isn't going to last very long if it every materializes at all.

Awfully presumptious! So Walt ... you came up with Carland .. and the rest of Pixar?????????????????

'Disney Adventures' as been suggested before would make their lives sooo much easier lol, but I guess they are trying their best to incorporate a dud theme around while still shoehorning everything in there anyway, but its kind of silly. I mean, they all but basically admitted the park is just NOT working on the level they wanted to, changing the name at this point would just be the icing of a large, layered cake, right? I hope they suck it up and just change the name to something more appropriate. When you think about it, about time they are done, the only thing that will *truly* represent Calif is the entrance and HPB. Everything else can easily be from Anywhere, U.S.A. I'm assuming they have forests (GRR) and Boardwalks (PP) in other parts of the world, not to mention the wharf is so generic, it can represent anywhere really. San Francisco is so small and lifeless, nobody cares anyway. I hope they do it and give us a name that is more fitting of the new park.

I hat it when they clone rides and I really don't want to see a clone of TDS. It's great and if they ever build another one I hope it comes to WDW. But I like a lot of what they're trying to do in Anaheim. Not everything is to my liking but this looks like it's finally going to be a park we can enjoy. Also remember that they haven't released all the plans for the other rides that take the place of the Jellyfish and others. And this is only the first part of a two part plan that will take a decade. Should this succeed, and I think it will, part two begins right after Cars Land. Give it time. Bob Weis is a great person to have in charge of DCA. Too bad he, Lasster and Iger weren't in charge instead of Eisner, Pressler and Braverman when the park was planned. There'd be no need of a makeover. But that's the past. Let's look forward to the future.

Euro Disney changed to disneyland paris and its not even close to being crap. Disney's MGM studios is being rebranded because of contractual deals and although i feel it is the week link of WDW i do not consider it crap. Disney's California Adventure MIGHT be rebranded and its not because its crap but because its a way of erasing some of the mistakes done by previous management

Remember this daughters and grandkids are still alive. It would be weird to have robot of a family member, that you knew, running around. Also remember that the Family is still one of the major stock holders of the company. So they really do have a say.

Hmm, yeah, I don't know where people are getting this idea it's a flawed park? ;D
