There are a LOT more actors/actresses looking for work in SoCal, so there's a larger pool of people who can handle a script. I've heard great live spiels on both coasts, but far more consistently in California.

But my guess is that today you don't get the same percentage of actors -- people actually pursuing a career as an actor -- working ride ops. The good actors get hired in as well...singers and performers.

Yes it would be a great show if you laid on cots rather than sat on benches. while the sound was good there really wasn't much to look at and there was little to make us laugh. At times it was confusing which bird was singing and there didn't seem to be a purpose to the show. I was so looking forward to the new show after hearing everyone on LP reminisce about it but it won't be on our must do list.
