I find it hilarious that in a medium sized city you can have the one of the best high schools in the system and one of the worst. I think Walt's main goal though is progress, he wants progress he wants positiveness he wants growth (personal etc), he wants families together. That's why he tried to design a community that would better the family.

It is my opinion that WDW is far less maintained then it was 10 or 20 or 30 years ago. But it is a fact that WDW has let go many custodial CMs, turned full-time positions into parttime, outsourced certain custodial work at the resorts and has a different level of acceptability when it comes to cleanliness than it used to.
