He got an EXTREMELY painful sunburn on areas where the sun don't normally shine when he fell asleep on a Key West Beach while he was nakey. OUCH!!

In the case of the Family Suites, Disney knows there is a market for low cost hotel rooms with additional bedrooms ( a sure winner ). In terms of the Poly, it's an old, limited size hotel, and it would be much more economical to tear it down and put a larger more modern hotel/DVC property in it's place. So other than the Family suites and the poly everything else proposed are DVCs.
