Closer, you can appreciate it's meant to be some sort of confetti explosion with ribbons... or at least that is what I got from it. Personally? I feel it was not properly executed. Messy look and not all that attractive. G-Fan didn't like it at all!

Does anyone know -- is the overlay detailing done with paints, or is it a high-tech sticker, cut out of a huge sheet of adhesive vinyl with a computer?

Except when it's coming directly at you. I'd have to check to see if the overlay actually is on half of the nose and not the other half. That would be odd. But I don't know.

So, once again, it's a terrible overlay. Maybe if I saw some photos of the monorail out on the beam, I might have a different opinion, but what you posted did not look good at all. For one thing, the overlay doesn't communicate the same message as the YOAMD logo of a castle floating about the clouds. I also think the overlay doesn't look good with the existing color stripe... it looks like an afterthought instead of an integrated part of the overall design.

I said what mine was in response to others. Doesn't make mine wrong either. Who knows? Maybe I'll change my mind after a while. Right now, I like it. Jeeminey....

But I will have to look at a regular, un-overlayed monorail and see.

In the meantime, you might want to take a magical motorcoach (not that Disney likely maintains them, either).
