Mears handles all transportation for WDW 24 Hour Reservations preferred but can probably take care of last minute calls also 407-423-5566 WDW Property to Universal Resorts $19.00 per person roundtrip shared shuttle plus tip Call for your Hotel pickups departing 7:25a.m. 8:25a.m. 9:25a.m. 10:25a.m. Returns beginning at 3:15 in the afternoon until 2:15 in the a.m.(as in after midnight) and pickups are every 15 minutes(?) and there is a designated shared shuttle pickup location officially marked for pickups by Universal. Taxi is $31.00 one way plus tip depending on traffic road conditions, etc I highly recommend the Express Pass sold online if you want to bypass long lines. I think they sell out at Universal so the online is a good idea and the shorter lines for one day visitors was wonderful! If you have the energy ... we took a taxi extra early to have a wonderful breakfast at the Hard Rock Hotel and then took their Water Taxi to the resort but it is a 5 minute walk along the waterfront(very easy to find just follow the sidewalk and the people). The HR has a great breakfast buffet and it is a really cool hotel lobby to check out the memorabilia!

I bet I am more paranoid than you...I always call somebody by cell phone to leave a message of my taxi# before I get into the taxi if I am by myself.
