We would be flying out of Las Vegas or LA if need be. Almost everything I have checked is about $340. I don't know if I could save on one ticket by having the 2 year old sit on our laps but I don't think he could be comfortable for a six hour flight.

Have you looked into a suite at All Star Music? It might be less expensive than 2 rooms.

If you are planning one doing a lot of table service restaurants then the meal plan works. If you are more into grabbing something to eat and running off to the nest attraction then reconsider the dining plan. I don't think we ever spend $40.00/day/person for food on our trips unless we eat table service everyday (which we don't). If you opt not to do the dining plan, you can have groceries delivered to the resort. Having things in the rooms like like cereal, snack bars and water can really save money. But if you plan to eat at table service restaurants every day then the DP is the way to go.

Between that and the hotel discount, one AP could very well save a lot of money.
