They have different costs for different coverage..they offer an HMO, Three deductible type insurances and the one my sister has. All of the insurance costs are reasonable, most are more expensive than the one my sister has but none is over 24.00 per week (for a single person).And believe me, it is full coverage insurance that she has and it has no deductible either..

Sometimes they self insure up to a certain amount (say the first 10K in benefits, and but insurance for the catastrophic stuff. Not saying that Cigna isn't doing the underwriting, they may very well be, but Disney could still be self insured while Cigna processes the claims. I'll bet that's got our Euro friends minds boggled.
