The need for good public transportation, and the opportunity for it is high. Cutting edge public transportation at WDW at large could serve as a public draw as much as a new park? A place where people can truly leave their car (and buses) behind when they spend their week on property.

This could be a lot of fun when you think about it.

The TDR Line for example is a public system that you pay to ride and I love the surrounding and efficiency of the entire operation.. not to mention the nice soft music and vocal announcements made. In regards to WDW, if only they had a similarly efficient and well opearted system, or even a light rail that was whimsical enough to cover hotels and most areas of the resort, with cosmetic appeal and whim, public transport at WDW would be a fine example worthy of the EPCOT name. Heck! I would even take those ultra cool driver-less electric buses they showcased at the Nagoya EXPO last year! Those were neato when compared to the oversized lunch boxes now operating at WDW as busses.
