Maybe walk me through it as I am a fast study. DyG--AVERAGE 3 A.M. 4 hours working out> not counting golf, kids stuff (strictly WORKING OUT) Yesterday e.g. up at 2:15 On bike at 3:30 or so for 180 minutes. Then on to elyptical for 1 hour. At office till noon> closed early-Good Friday--home for golf for couple hours. Today up at 4--NOW--who knows? I never like to plan as it takes the JOY out and it becomes a TASK rather than MY time to THINK which I really need to do with the massives plates I have to juggle. Thank you for your being interested. FYI---On a golf course they have what's call a SIGNATURE hole i.e. a hole they are known for. We USED to have the 17th, an island green much like Sawgrass where the TPC is played (same 17th-almost exactly. Now, with our good fortune, The Ridge put a million or so to remake the 5th. If you check www.ridgeclubcapecod.com and click on golf course, you can see our house> it's on the left side in the trees. We live on the 5th green, 6th tee. NOW Av-cut paste address bar????????

You highlight (hold button down, drag over the text) the address from where you type it in address bar. Click right button, select copy click go to this website in the box put your cursor (click here), right click, select paste, click some messageboards will automatically turn it into a link (MP for one) without having to do the above as long as you type www.

If I didn't work out four hours a day plus golf, kid, etc, I'd be 350 lbs as my younger brother. I hit the treadmill today for the first time since before Disney on New Year. I've been keying on the bike to maintain muscle mass and the NEW elyptical which is different so it's interesting. I would NEVER do the workouts without the dish in the early morning as everyone is sleeping (mute button) and music later. How long have you been working out?

I got a treadmill to help make up for it, but I so miss the resistance machines. I try to do things at home to make up for it, but am not as regular about it as I'd like. I just never heard of anyone exercising for 3 to 4 hours a day unless it was their job. I don't have great willpower either, I just try as hard as I can!

I figure if it is in the home then I can slip it in when ever I have some free time, but in the apartment we're in right now, there's no room. I stay very active on the weekends as we're always in the mountains. Ski season's coming to a close, but hiking and back-packing will be starting soon. I'm so ready for summer. Hey Joe, can you answer some mortgage questions?

You don't have to get up at 3 like me but maybe 1 hour earlier and go to bed one hour earlier? Just my 2 cents to help a nice lady.
